"featuring writer Lynette Adams & musical duo Night Kitchen"
Categories: Literary Arts, Music
Spring is in the air (well...on some days) and “The Salon” offers you an evening of entertainment on Saturday, March 13 to feed your ears and stimulate your brains and hearts. Featured guests are musical duo Night Kitchen and writer Lynette Adams.
“Night Kitchen” is Mark Tremblett and Dan Rubin, who play an eclectic mix of innovative acoustic folk blended with jazz and world music. Lynette is co-managing editor of Paragon Press. She writes fiction, non-fiction, and poetry, some of which has appeared in the Newfoundland Quarterly.
Join them along with The Salon’s host Terry Rielly at Coffee & Company on Water Street. It gets going at 8 PM. Members of the audience are also invited to share in their creative works. Whether you are poets, authors, or singer/songwriters, all are invited to offer your gifts to create a relaxed and entertaining evening fit for people of all ages.
“The Salon” is sponsored by the Writers’ Alliance, the NL Musicians' Assoc. (AFM Local 820) and Coffee & Company.
