Jonathan Robert Cohlmeyer
Bio
Jonathan Cohlmeyer has recently graduated from SWGC (Sir Wilfred Grenfell College), Corner Brook, where he completed his Bachelors of Visual Arts in Fine Arts. Jonathan has had various Group exhibitions including About the Body, Small Talk, 123 Art!, Art in a Suitcase, The (Un)Resolved Component. He has recently shown his work in a solo show at the Arts & Culture Center (March 9-31), entitled Form: Constructed & Natural. He will also be participating in Past Due, a group exhibition of graduating students at the SWGC Art Gallery Opening April 7 (at 7) and running until June 6. Next September he will be in a show at the MUN Library in St. John's Newfoundland along with other students from his graduating class. Jonathan will graduate in May of this year and would like to continue his education with the pursuit of a Masters in Fine Arts or Media Arts. This could lead to various career paths such as technological interface design, or teaching at a University Level.
